Tatvan is a district in Bitlis Province, Turkey, situated on the northern shore of Lake Van.
An anti-usury operation coordinated by the Tatvan Chief Public Prosecutor's Office and conducted by Bitlis police resulted in the arrest of 32 suspects across seven provinces. Of those detained, 25 have been formally arrested, while five face judicial control measures.
