Cubs' Horton exits after 3 IP 'as a precaution'

Chicago Cubs right-hander Cade Horton was removed after three innings of his start against the New York Mets on Tuesday night at Wrigley Field because of back tightness, but the club said the removal was "a precaution" after the starter threw 29 pitches.
