Several AfD Candidates Excluded from Local Elections in Lower Saxony Over Loyalty Doubts

At least four Alternative for Germany (AfD) candidates have been excluded from running in Lower Saxony's upcoming local elections due to doubts about their constitutional loyalty. One candidate's exclusion stemmed from comparing the display of a rainbow flag to that of a Nazi swastika flag.
