André Santini, Mayor of Issy-les-Moulineaux for 46 Years, Dies at 85
André Santini, the mayor of Issy-les-Moulineaux since 1980, has died at the age of 85. Despite being hospitalized since October 2025, he was re-elected for his eighth term in March. He was also a former minister.
