Boy, 13, Dies in House Fire; E-bike Charger Blamed for Blaze

A 13-year-old boy has died from injuries sustained in a house fire in Blackpool. A 19-year-old man remains in hospital in critical condition. An e-bike charger is suspected of causing the blaze.
