Brian Cox Launches Outspoken On-Air Attack On 'Venal And Selfish' Nigel Farage
Brian Cox on Sunday With Laura Kuenssberg.Brian Cox has branded Nigel Farage “venal and selfish” as he launched an outspoken attack on the Reform UK leader. The Succession star said Farage was “quite uninformed” and “a bit of a bully” after watching him being interviewed on the BBC’s Sunday With Laura Kuenssberg.Cox’s tirade came after Reform’s two-day conference in Birmingham, which was marked by a series of U-turns by Farage on deporting women and how he plans to stop small boats crossing the Channel.Cox said: “I find him very venal, quite honestly, as an individual. He’s selfish and he’s on the whole quite uninformed.“I am just dazzled at the way a lot of people have been seduced by him, because he’s a bit of a bully.“I just don’t trust the man, and also now there’s never been a more positive time that we need to be in Europe. We need to be Europe again because of what’s happening in the Ukraine. If we don’t recognise that now, we’re lost.”Brian Cox: "I find Nigel Farage very venal... he's selfish & on the hole he's quite uninformed...
