French media regulator CNews put on notice for failing to uphold pluralism

France's media regulator, Arcom, has formally warned CNews for failing to respect the diversity of thought and opinion on its programming. This decision follows a complaint from Reporters Without Borders and comes ahead of upcoming elections.
