Dementia-stricken pensioner, 77, took his own life after being scammed out of £20,000 and forgetting his bank had reimbursed him, inquest told

Hugh Saunders left a note at his North Staffordshire home revealing he had been victim of a £20k scam and was later found when a friend became concerned.
