Denise Welch Shares The 1 Reason She's Not Losing Sleep Over Taylor Swift And Matty Healy's Split

Matty Healy, Denise Welch, Taylor SwiftLoose Women star Denise Welch, whose son, the 1975′s Matty Healy, was in a short-lived relationship with Taylor Swift, recently spoke up about the pair’s split. On an episode of Watch What Happens Live! with Andy Cohen, the host brought up Taylor’s album The Tortured Poets Department, for which Matty Healy was widely believed to have been the inspiration.“Obviously, on pain of death can I talk about that episode,” she told Cohen. “But not being her mother-in-law is a role that I am glad that I lost.”The actor and presenter reacted to “oohs” from the audience by clarifying: “Not that I have anything against her at all! It was just – it was tricky.“She – listen, you’re not allowed to say anything, and then she writes a whole album about it,” Welch added, stating that her son had taken it “all in completely good grace”. “He’s very happy with his amazing fiancée Gabriella, who is gorgeous, and so... we’ve moved on,” she continued. Matty HealyIt’s not the first time the Loose Women star has spoken about the album.
