Driver Refuses Breathalyzer, Fined Over 192,000 Lira in Bursa

A driver in Bursa's İnegöl district was fined a total of 192,800 Turkish Lira for refusing a breathalyzer test. The driver was also found to be operating a vehicle without a license or inspection.
