Duralex Acquisition: French Entrepreneurs and Hong Kong Fund Vie for Glassware Maker
Three bids have been submitted for the acquisition of French glassware maker Duralex. The contenders include two French entrepreneurs, one of whom recently acquired Tupperware France, and a Hong Kong-based investment fund.
