EU Advances Plan for Asylum Processing Centers Outside of Union

The EU is moving forward with plans to establish centers outside of its borders to process asylum seekers whose applications have been rejected. Negotiations regarding the EU Return Directive are reportedly near completion, with only one issue remaining to be resolved.
