Fewer Women Completing Postdoctoral Qualifications in Germany, Federal Statistics Office Reports

The Federal Statistical Office reports a decline in women completing postdoctoral qualifications (Habilitation). While human medicine remains the leading field, only one in three postdocs is female, with even lower numbers in other areas.
