Fiat unveils new hybrid car amid floundering EV demand - and it is one of the SLOWEST models on sale

Launched by the Italian firm in response to lacklustre demand for its electric 500 city car, the new 500 Hybrid is due to hit UK roads early next year with a 0-62mph time of 17.3 seconds.
