France to End Housing Aid for Non-EU, Non-Scholarship Students from July 1

Non-European Union and non-scholarship students in France will no longer receive housing assistance (APL) starting July 1. The measure, previously validated by the Constitutional Council, excludes students with professional or apprenticeship activities.
