France's Ambassador to Central African Republic Faces Disciplinary Action Over Allegations
France's Foreign Ministry has launched a disciplinary procedure against its ambassador to the Central African Republic, Bruno Foucher. He is accused of bringing around thirty young women to his private residence and admitting to sexual relations with two of them.
