French Children Found Alone in Portugal Placed in Foster Care; Parents Arrested

Two French boys, ages 4 and 5, discovered alone on a road in Portugal, have been placed in foster care while awaiting repatriation to France. Their mother and her partner were arrested in Fatima on suspicion of mistreatment, endangerment, and abandonment.
