French Constitutional Council Approves Most of Agricultural Emergency Law, Including Pesticide Reintroduction

France's Constitutional Council has approved nearly all of the agricultural emergency law. This includes controversial temporary reintroductions of two previously banned pesticides, deemed to serve a "general interest motive."
