Germany Halts Negotiations for PCK Schwedt Refinery Pipeline Expansion

Germany's Economy Ministry has stopped negotiations for an expansion of the oil pipeline to the PCK refinery in Schwedt. The ministry is reassessing the project but does not see a threat to fuel supply.
