Germany: Higher Grid Fees Planned for Solar Panel Owners, Exempting Balcony Units

Starting in 2029, German households with solar panel installations will face increased basic grid fees, according to the Bundesnetzagentur. However, smaller "balcony power plants" will be exempt from these higher charges.
