'Gutted' Nikita Kuzmin Breaks Silence On Dani Dyer's Early Strictly Come Dancing Exit

Dani Dyer and Nikita Kuzmin in their official Strictly photo-shootStrictly Come Dancing professional Nikita Kuzmin has spoken out for the first time about Dani Dyer’s impromptu exit from the show.Last week, viewers discovered that Nikita and Dani had been partnered up on this year’s series of Strictly, and were due to make their dance floor debut together during Saturday night’s live show.However, on Tuesday night, it was announced that the Love Island winner had been forced to withdraw from the long-running BBC dance show after sustaining an injury during training.“To say I’m heartbroken is the biggest understatement. I am so going to miss dancing with Nikita but will of course be watching closely and cheering all the couples on,” she said in a statement.Posting on Instagram on Wednesday night, Nikita admitted he was “so gutted to have finished our journey before it even properly started”.“The amount of laughs and fun we had in this short time was unbelievable!” he said. “Really loved our partnership and hope that one day we can actually get to week one lol… but, health is the most important thing.”Addressing his partner, Nikita wrote: “I’m wishing you the absolute best… you’re so lovely, positive and a wonderful human being!! And it breaks my heart knowing how excited you were to do your absolute best on the show!
