Hungary Halts Paks Nuclear Plant for First Time in 44 Years Due to Heatwave
Hungary has stopped its sole nuclear power plant, Paks, for the first time in 44 years due to a heatwave. The plant, which supplies about 40% of the country's electricity, was forced to shut down as the Danube River's water level dropped.
