Istanbul Bilgi University Shut Down by Presidential Decree: Official Gazette Announcement

Istanbul Bilgi University's operating permit has been revoked following a Presidential decree published in the Official Gazette. The decision, made under Article 11 of Law No. 2547 on Higher Education, comes after the appointment of a trustee to the university's founding foundation.
