Istanbul Strait Shipping Suspended Due to Drone-Damaged Vessel

Ship traffic through the Istanbul Strait has been temporarily suspended in both directions. The closure is to allow the passage of the "Marquise", a Cameroon-flagged commercial vessel damaged by a drone strike off the coast of Ukraine; coast guard tugs are escorting the ship.
