İzmir Mayor Cemil Tugay Resigns from Republican People's Party (CHP)

İzmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Cemil Tugay announced his resignation from the Republican People's Party (CHP). He stated the decision was made with "great sadness and with the hope of returning one day."
