Jade on stage at this year's Radio 1 Big Weekend festivalWith a handful of hits and a Brit Award already under her belt, Jade Thirlwall reached a new stage in her post-Little Mix career over the weekend when she delivered her first ever solo set.On Sunday evening, the Angel Of My Dreams singer headlined the New Music Stage at Radio 1’s Big Weekend festival in Jade, marking her first full show as a solo act.And Jade wasted absolutely no time in dusting off one of her favourite Little Mix tracks, with the LM5 cut Wasabi dropping in the third spot in her setlist.Throughout her time in Little Mix, Jade made no secret of her love for the album track, repeatedly expressing her belief that it should have been a single and even reuniting with its producers on her solo debut Angel Of My Dreams.During her Wasabi performance, Jade even tweaked one of the song’s lyrics to set the record straight about Little Mix’s future.The original song ends with the line: “She ain’t wearing no clothes, when’s she going solo?
