James Cameron Opens Up About The Reason His Wicked Film Never Happened

Oscar winner James Cameron during promotion for Avatar: The Way Of Water in 2022James Cameron has shared that he was once in the running to direct a screen adaptation of the musical Wicked.Speaking on the podcast The Town With Matt Belloni, the filmmaker behind hit movies like Titanic, Avatar, The Terminator and Aliens revealed: “I almost made Wicked back when.“I really love the story, I mean The Wizard Of Oz is one of my favourite [films].
