Jojo Siwa Addresses Chris Hughes Speculation After Split From Ex During CBB Wrap Party

Jojo Siwa at the Billboard Women In Music Awards in MarchJojo Siwa has shut down speculation about her break-up after leaving the Celebrity Big Brother house.The former Dance Moms star entered the CBB compound last month, and throughout the series, spoke about her relationship with her then-partner Kath Ebbs.However, just hours after Jojo left the show, she ended her relationship with Kath.During a new interview with the podcast The Viall Files, the Karma singer took a moment to address rumours that her close friendship with Chris Hughes was part of the reason for the split.“Obviously, a lot of people think that Chris has something to do with it,” Jojo said of the former Love Island finalist.“Chris does not have absolutely anything to do with it. Chris and I are friends. We have a very, very great friendship.”Chris Hughes and Jojo Siwa in the Celebrity Big Brother houseResponding to her ex’s video discussing their break-up, Jojo continued: “Kath posted a video basically alluding to Chris and I are the reasons that we broke up. That’s not the case. That is not the truth. And they know that and I know that.”Instead, Jojo claimed there were “many reasons” for her to break up with Kath, which ended up happening while the CBB wrap party was happening over the weekend.“I understand Chris and I are very tight. We have this very beautiful bond, this very beautiful connection, but don’t paint it out to look like I cheated on you with him because I did not,” she insisted. “I will stand on that ground.”Earlier this week, Jojo maintained during an interview on This Morning that her friendship with Chris was purely “platonic”.“We have a lot of fun together,” she told presenters Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard. “Life is life.
