Kemi Badenoch made the error at the Welsh Tory conference.Kemi Badenoch has been mocked after she appeared to get Wales and Scotland mixed up in a speech.She was addressing the Welsh Tory conference when she said it had been “wonderful to meet so many MSPs”, which is an abbreviation for Members of the Scottish Parliament.The Tory leader meant to say “MSs”, who are Members of the Senedd in Wales.Badenoch’s opponents were quick to pounce on her gaffe.A Labour Party source said: “Why is nobody listening to the Tories? Answers on a postcard... although I suspect Badenoch would send her answers to the wrong address.”A Reform UK source said: “Kemi doesn’t even know what a Welsh Senedd member is called, is it any wonder they’re polling fourth in Wales and battling it out for third nationally with the Lib Dems?“Kalamity Kemi is the gift that keeps on giving.”Badenoch said later: “It was a slip of the tongue.
