Lanarkshire MSP urges UK Government to extend maternity pay to support parents and children

Gillian Mackay, who is expecting her first child this summer, has urged the UK Government to give mothers everywhere the gift of more time with their loved ones by expanding support for statutory maternity, paternity and shared parental leave to cover 52 weeks full pay.
