Livingston MP welcomes Scottish Labour’s proposals for community policing

Gregor Poynton said the proposal represents a “breakthrough Scotland desperately needs” and will make a real difference to communities across West Lothian dealing with trail bikes, illegal off-road biking, the misuse of fireworks and anti-social behaviour.
