Lyon Mother Charged with Poisoning After 3-Year-Old Son Found Dead

A 35-year-old mother in Lyon has been charged with poisoning and placed in pre-trial detention after her 3-year-old son was found dead. She had reportedly administered medication to the child before calling emergency services.
