Man Arrested for Attempting to Strangle 3-Year-Old Child in Brescia Park

A 29-year-old man was arrested in a Brescia park after allegedly attempting to strangle a 3-year-old child. Another child was also reportedly targeted. A passerby intervened to save the younger child.
