More Exciting Details Emerge About James Corden And Ruth Jones' Follow-Up To Gavin & Stacey

James Corden and Ruth Jones at The Royal Television Society Programme Awards in MarchJames Corden and Ruth Jones may have now put Gavin & Stacey behind them for good, but they’re about to get to work on a brand new project.On Monday morning, Deadline reported that the Gavin & Stacey stars and creators have been hard at work on a new show called The Choir, which they will co-write and appear in as leads.Per the US outlet, The Choir will be an eight-part comedy about a brother and sister – played by James and Ruth – who are reunited when he returns to their small English town after things in his life take a disastrous turn.However, while Gavin & Stacey was famously a BBC project, the duo’s new show will be exclusive to Apple TV+, which has previously had success with British shows including Ted Lasso and Slow Horses.HuffPost UK has contacted both James Corden and Ruth Jones’ teams for comment.
