'My £160-a-day laughing gas binges left me with dead zones in my brain and unable to walk'

Rachel Kelly first inhaled nitrous oxide - also known as laughing gas - in 2018 and by 2023, was spending over £100 a day on the dangerous substance - she now pleads with others to avoid inhaling nitrous oxide, insisting that 'the 30-second high is not worth it'
