Netherlands: Stadskanaal Provides Emergency Shelter Amidst Asylum Seeker Crisis

The municipality of Stadskanaal, Netherlands, is again providing overnight shelter for asylum seekers stranded outside the overcrowded Ter Apel registration center. Approximately 80 individuals were transported to Stadskanaal as the Dutch government grapples with a broader asylum reception crisis.
