XL Bully Owner Pleads Guilty in Teen's Death in Bristol Dog Attack

Kelcie Reed, 24, pleaded guilty to being in charge of a dangerously out-of-control XL bully, Prince, that fatally mauled 19-year-old Morgan Dorsett in Bristol. Reed has been released on conditional bail and awaits sentencing on July 9.
