Off-Duty Police Officer Charged in Fatal E-Bike Crash Involving 16-Year-Old
An off-duty police officer has been charged in connection with the death of a 16-year-old boy, Ryley Hutson, who died in an e-bike crash involving two cars. The teen was pronounced dead at the scene.
