'Only a matter of time before dazzling car LED headlights cause fatal crashes', top eye surgeon warns

The stark warning from ophthalmic surgeon Dr Romesh Angunawela is in response to Government-funded research that found that 96% per cent of drivers feel headlights are too bright.
