French Opposition Parties Challenge Agricultural Emergency Law at Constitutional Council

French opposition parties Les Écologistes and La France Insoumise have filed a legal challenge at the Constitutional Council against the recently adopted agricultural emergency law. They contest provisions allowing the reintroduction of banned pesticides and increased water storage volumes for agricultural use.
