Ozzy Osbourne in 2013Ozzy Osbourne’s official cause of death has been made public.The legendary rock musician died last month at the age of 76, having spoken publicly about his health conditions, including a Parkinson’s disease diagnosis, for several years prior.According to a death certificate filed in London and later seen by the New York Times, the Black Sabbath frontman died of a heart attack.The death certificate lists his cause of death as cardiac arrest, noting that he also had coronary heart disease and Parkinson’s.Shortly before his death, Ozzy had appeared at what was billed as his last ever show, performing both solo and with Black Sabbath, as the headliner of the Back To The Beginning concert in his hometown of Birmingham.The sold-out show was attended by 45,000 fans, with other acts on the bill including Guns N’ Roses, Metallica and Yungblud.His family confirmed in a joint statement weeks later: “It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love.
