Pamukkale and Hierapolis Lit in Red and White for July 15 Democracy Day

Turkey's Culture and Tourism Minister Mehmet Nuri Ersoy announced that the World Heritage site of Pamukkale and the ancient city of Hierapolis were illuminated in red and white, the colors of the Turkish flag. The lighting commemorated July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day.
