Rennes: Teens Charged with Murder in 11-Year-Old's Strangulation Death

Two teenagers, ages 15 and 16, have been charged with the murder of 11-year-old Théo, who was found strangled near the Vilaine River in Rennes. The suspects admitted to strangling the child in retaliation and stealing fishing equipment.
