Selena Gomez Throws Playful Shade At Her And Taylor Swift's Famous Exes

Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift at the Grammys in 2016Selena Gomez took a stroll down memory lane to the early years of her friendship with Taylor Swift during a recent interview.And while she was there, she couldn’t resist a cheeky dig at some of their more famous exes.The Come And Get It singer recently sat down with YouTuber Jake Shane as part of his interview series Therapuss, where he enquired how she and her famous BFF first came to cross paths.“She and I dated the Jonas Brothers,” Selena quipped. “I dated Nick, and she dated Joe. And that’s cute, we were young. We all know and love each other now, and it’s so cute. We didn’t know what we were doing.“But yeah, she and I like to say the best thing we got out of those relationships was each other.”Joe, Nick and Kevin Jonas in 2023Selena recalled: “I was about 15, she was about 18, and that’s when it was the crazy, [curly-haired] Taylor, and she had all these bracelets that went all the way up. I believe Love Story was the first song she had ever played me, and it wasn’t released yet. It was in a hotel room, I remember it vividly.“And it was just like… it was one of those songs I instantly heard and thought, ‘this is one of the most beautiful songs ever’.”The two performers’ friendship has endured all these years, with Selena famously making a pivotal cameo in Taylor’s star-studded Bad Blood music video.
