Swiss Bar Where 41 Died in Fire to Become Youth Center

The bar Le Constellation in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, where 41 people died in a New Year's Eve fire, will be converted into a youth center. The cantonal president also announced plans for a memorial and a commemoration ceremony.
