The millennial lord of the manor, 35, selling off his 700-year-old family jewels for £35m in Britain's biggest land sale

The estate, which boasts around 9,500 acres, is owned by the Duke of Northumberland's youngest son Lord Max Percy, who put it on the market for £35million.
