TotalEnergies Acquires Shell's European Renewables Business, Sells Stake to KKR

TotalEnergies is acquiring Shell's European onshore renewable energy business, including assets in the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, and Spain. The company is also selling a 50% stake in a portfolio of assets to KKR. Both transactions are expected to be finalized by the end of 2026.
