Trump Says Doc Gave Him 'Best Result' In Latest Check-Up
President Donald Trump speaks to reporters on Air Force One on his way to his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Fla., Friday, Nov. 14, 2025. President Donald Trump boasted about the results of his most recent medical check-up — his second in six months — on Friday, pointing out the “outstanding” results of his physical and cognitive testing. He did admit, however, that he didn’t quite know what his doctors looked at — only that it was good.“The doctor said it was the best result he has ever seen as a doctor,” Trump told reporters on Air Force One. “That’s it. But, I had an MRI as part of my standard, yearly, or, I think they do it every two years, but I have the physical every year — and the result was outstanding.”Trump jokingly asked the reporter who inquired about his MRI if she thinks he shouldn’t have got one. He was also asked if his MRI concerned a particular organ, such as the heart or brain.“I have no idea what they analysed, but whatever they analysed, they analysed it well,” said Trump. “And they said that I had as good a result as they’ve ever seen. Now, the other thing I took is, I took — as you know — an advanced, very advanced test on mental acuity.”He added, “And as you probably heard, I aced it. I got a perfect score. I got the highest score. I got a perfect score. And the only reason I tell you that is it’s one subject, unlike [former President Joe] Biden and others, that you could take off your plate.”Trump was among the loudest voices last year to publicly speculate about then-President Biden and his supposed cognitive decline. Democrats have since speculated that Trump, 79, might be experiencing a similar downturn in acuity himself.White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said in October that the president’s second visit at the time to Walter Reed Medical Center was part of a “routine yearly check up.” Trump had already visited the Maryland facility for a check-up as recently as April. He reiterated on Friday that a president “should have to” take regular cognitive tests in order to govern a nation. Trump, however, did not release his medical records during the 2024 election despite his promises to do so.Related...Marjorie Taylor Greene Pushes Back Against Trump Over Epstein Files: 'Powerful People Should Not Be Protected'Trump Could Face His 'McCarthy Moment' In The Epstein Files, Ex-Prosecutor SaysCritics Notice 1 Name Missing In Trump's Demand For DOJ Epstein Investigation
