Turkey: 70 killed in traffic accidents during Kurban Bayram holiday, says Minister

Turkish Interior Minister Mustafa Çiftçi announced that 70 people died in traffic accidents during the Kurban Bayram holiday despite all precautions. Çiftçi noted that the 2026 Kurban Bayramı had the lowest number of fatalities compared to previous years.
