Turkey: AFAD Allocates $1.5M in Emergency Aid to Flood-Hit Samsun

Following severe flooding in Samsun's Havza district, Turkey's Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD) has allocated 50 million lira (approximately $1.5 million USD) for emergency relief. The funds will address immediate needs and help repair damage caused by the disaster.
